Wayne Koch
President
Wayne oversees executive leadership, corporate development, and strategic direction at PHIcure, with a steadfast focus on delivering value to customers. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience across healthcare technology and services, including serving as Chief Development Officer of inMediata, CEO of E-Tech, and Executive Vice President of GatewayEDI, as well as holding senior executive roles with several other healthcare organizations. Wayne earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Kristin Wells
Director of Client Success
Kristin brings more than 15 years of healthcare industry experience to PHIcure, with a strong background in client support and a focus on improving workflows through value-added service. Her experience includes serving as an Enrollment Manager and Claims Specialist with GatewayEDI (now TriZetto Provider Solutions), as well as credentialing leadership roles with IPC Hospitalists of New England (now TeamHealth) and Park Avenue Medical Associates. Kristin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hartwick College.
Graig Waz
VP, Product Development
Graig brings more than 14 years of healthcare technology experience to PHIcure, with deep expertise in software engineering and claims processing. His experience includes serving as a key Software Engineer with GatewayEDI (now TriZetto Provider Solutions), where he supported claims processing technology, as well as a Systems Programmer with Electronic Technologies. Graig earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University at Albany, with a minor in Business.
